Five-layer Stainless Steel Shelf: The steam cabinet is divided into five layers, with each layer of 11.8x11.8x2.8-inch in dimensions, for a large capacity. Each layer frame is made of food-grade stainless steel, which can be pulled out for an easier fetching of buns. The tilt track design prevents the buns from mushy caused by condensation.
Intelligent & Precise Heating: The high-quality 304 stainless steel spiral heating tube can realize rapid heating in the electric bun warmer. An intelligent temperature control knob facilitates precise temperature control, which covers a range from 30℃ (86℉) to 110℃ (230℉).
Intuitive Water Level Observation: The external food-grade plastic water level tank is convenient for clear observation of the remaining amount of internal water, which is handy for the timely replenishment of water to prevent accidents. (NOTE: The safety water level should be between MIN and MAX valve.)
Well-designed Details: The high-temperature-resistant top lighting makes foods more attractive in the light. The specially designed water outlet hose can prevent hands from burning, and effectively discharge the internal water for easy cleaning. The independent safety switches respectively control the ON/OFF and lighting. It comes with an ergonomic handle, featuring reinforced sealability.
